Fantasy Ezine Issue 1

We are pleased to announce the launch of the first issue of Fantasy Ezine, the new online magazine for lovers of everything fantasy related.

Fantasy Ezine is an image rich publication which is provided via electronic download in Adobe pdf format. Most modern computers will already have the required viewing software (Adobe Reader) installed as standard.

For the launch issue we are happy to reveal that the initial pricing will be $10 per year as a subscription fee. This includes access to the quarterly editions of Fantasy Ezine and free entry into any competitions we may run.

The first issue of Fantasy Ezine featured beautiful cover art by Joseph Corsentino of Time of the Faeries and an article about his work. There was also an interview with Fantasy Artist Ash Evans which showcased some of her art and a review of the music CD Ancient Shadows by gothic/new age singer, songwriter, musician and fantasy artist Priscilla Hernandez.

We interviewed Kate Madison, the Director of the Lord of the Rings fan made film “Born of Hope” which has now achieved almost 1 million views on youtube and has garnered rave reviews from critics. Born of Hope is a prequel to the Lord of the Rings trilogy and is an entirely new story which features the Rangers of the North, Aragorn’s people, whilst they were hunted and he was still a child.

In this issue we were kindly granted permission by fairy artist Selina Fenech to reproduce some of her line art so that it could be printed out for younger readers to use for coloring in.

Charlaine Harris who is the best-selling author of the Southern Vampire stories which inspired the True Blood TV series was also kind enough to grant us an interview. We had a feature on some beautiful products from the online shop Mystic Memories and Fiona Murray, Scottish fairy and elemental expert contributed an article about Spring Fairies.
